Upon purchasing, you are agreeing to the required period of waiting. The estimated time of wait is approximately 1-2 weeks after pre-order end.

Any delay/ early arrival will be informed and posted in the blog from time to time.

All lenses are certified brand and approved by FDA, we will not be responsible for anything that happens to your eyes.

All orders and payments must be settled on or before the given deadline or else the order will be cancelled.

Please note that last minute cancellations are not accepted.

Refund will only be made if the item is out of stock. There will be no refund for incorrect orders and cancellations. So be sure!

However, in case you’ve received the wrong items from us; it can be changed as long as you didn’t open the lens bottle.

We have the right to extend our pre-order date if we didn't meet the said Minimum Order Quantity of our supplier.

We will not be held responsible if there's any lost or damage of item(s) during delivery.

Please note that postage fee is to be borne by buyer.

*Please do check with your optician before you purchase these lenses if you've never worn them before. We can only guarantee that the lenses are authentic, but we cannot guarantee that they are 100% suitable for your eyes! Some of you have extremely dry eyes which are less suitable to wear contact lenses. So be sure! We don't want any of you to get hurt.
